2008 - 2009 Rates for the Inn and Cottage

Double occupancy rates: $175- $210 for weekdays mid-October to mid-May; $295-$360 for weekends, holidays and summer.

Prices include breakfast and our elegant afternoon tea. Many of the rooms have reserved off street parking.

The inn is open daily Early April through December 31st; Weekends Only January 1st through the first weekend in April. We request a three-night stay on weekends in season and three to four nights on holidays. Personal check is our preferred method of payment. An advance deposit by personal check will be requested to confirm your reservation.

Deposits are non refundable if cancellation occurs within 60 days of scheduled arrival date during summer season, holidays and special events. For the remainder of the year the period is 30 days. If we are able to fill all vacancies in the inn for the period of your stay we will refund deposits less a $35 processing fee. If cancellation occurs outside of the cancellation period refunds will be provided less a $35 processing fee.

Check in time is between 2 and 10 p.m. in the Inn and Cottage and check out is 11 a.m. You are welcome to use our beach chairs, and bathing facilities after you have checked out.

Summer reservations for the Inn in 2008 are available after January 1st.
